Anderson Cooper: never too busy to school someone on Twitter. 

This is really kind of outrageous, and exemplifies a mentality I’ve kind of sensed from the current Israeli government for some time now: that non-Israeli Jews (and by further extension, non-Jews entirely) are inferior to Israelis. 

Israeli Jews marrying American Jews will weaken both Israel as a nation and the Jewish future entire. Haven’t we heard an argument similar to that more than once in the last hundred years or so?
